USHERS

At Family Worship Center, ushering is a ministry that helps people prepare to worship the Lord and respond to the preaching of God’s Word. Duties include seating church members and guests, keeping order in the church lobby and sanctuary, distributing communion elements, collecting offerings, and supporting routine church security and emergency procedures.

GREETERS

When the doors of FWC open, our greeters stand ready to welcome the people of God with warm smiles and handshakes. They are the informers—passing out church bulletins and event brochures and answering questions from visitors about service times, nursery and children’s church ministries, and other amenities inside our sanctuary.
